To complete registration, read the following:
Please be sure to print and complete the Medical Waiver and Code of Conduct Form and bring them on the first day of Camp. Any youth without these forms will not be legally able to stay until they are completed.
Complete payment
Complete the non-refundable payment for each individual you are signing up.
Complete waiver forms
Download and complete all the forms attached below and submit to seedsrooted@gmail.com
A confirmation email will be sent to you once all steps have been completed and submitted.
Refund policy
If you have a need to consider a refund, you likely ordered from us. Which means we owe you a “thank you”. Nothing makes us happier than a legion of happy Seeds customers and as such, we promise to do our very best to deliver amazing experiences and make right any hiccups along the way. That said, here are some things you might want to know…
You can cancel an experience 2 weeks prior to its start date and receive a full refund minus the transaction fees of 3%.
You can cancel an experience 1 week prior to its start date and receive a 50% refund.
You can cancel 48 hours before its start date but will not receive any refund.
If we need to cancel due to COVID regulations you will receive a full refund minus the transaction fees of 3%
If we need to cancel the experience for any other purposes you will receive a full refund.
